This sake opens up with beautiful, soft and smooth aromas: apple, banana, and mochi, with fainter hints of fresh almonds and light dairy like cream and fresh cheese. On the palate it is silky smooth and mellowed and elegantly rounded. Dry, with a short, clean and refreshing finish.
