Style
This sake opens up with beautiful, soft and smooth aromas: apple, banana, and mochi, with fainter hints of fresh almonds and light dairy like cream and fresh cheese. There is a gentle note of honey-like sweetness.
On the palate it is silky smooth, mellowed and elegantly rounded. Light and clean: low umami and mellow acidity make this a very easy to drink, medium-light body sake.
Dry, with a short, clean and refreshing finish.
