Style
Sweet banana and juicy apricot and nectarine are prominent and fresh. Patience reveals roasted chestnuts and fresh mushrooms.
The palate is very light and smooth, delivering umami and acid across the tongue for a refreshing mouthful.
Dry, short finish. Refreshing.
Serve chilled or at room temperature to enjoy the fruit flavors; serve warm to enhance the acid, umami and body. Should pair particularly well with roasted meats, mature cheese and mushrooms.
